He responded to a query regarding Union Minister Nitin Gadkari's criticism of the Majhi Ladki Bahin scheme by mentioning that he was unaware of the basis for Gadkari's statement, and he plans to discuss this with Gadkari upon his return to Mumbai. Addressing a large gathering in Majalgaon, Beed district, Pawar outlined the government's efforts towards comprehensive development for all communities and urged support for the Mahayuti alliance in the upcoming elections. He emphasized that his party remains dedicated to secular values and operates based on the principles of prominent historical figures. Pawar spoke about various government initiatives, including the Jan Sanman Yatra to raise awareness about schemes like the Majhi Ladki Bhagin Yojana, free education for girls, electricity bill waivers for farmers, and crop insurance. Additionally, he mentioned subsidies provided for milk, increased honorarium for various positions, and financial aid for women through direct bank transfers.He expressed confidence that these initiatives would be upheld for the upcoming five years if the Mahayuti receives support in the upcoming elections.
